Gift Certificates!

It's true, necessity is the mother of all invention. I hadn't put much thought into offering Gift Certificates until one very sweet daddy-to-be wanted to surprise his wife with a Gift Certificate for maternity and newborn portraits for their anniversary. How good is he? So I wanted to create something very special for him to give her, and this was what I came up with!





So, the next time you are trying to think of the perfect baby shower gift, or want to give a birthday present that will last a lifetime, consider a gift certificate for pictures.

William

I am so behind in my posting! I couldn't forget about this little guy though. William is as cute as they come. He was being Mr. Serious during our shoot last weekend, but smiles or no smiles, William is such a beautiful boy! Here are a few of my favorites, ok, a lot of my favorites! :)

Harrison and Avery

Kate, Noah and Maggie

You wouldn't know by looking at these pictures that it was a yucky, overcast, gonna-rain-any-second kind of day at The Square. Kate (who in the interest of full disclosure was a baby model, and thus very experienced) was a pro. She never stopped posing, or giving me ideas of where to shoot her next. I didn't think Noah enjoyed me chasing him around to snap his picture, but I must have struck a chord with him because he later informed his mother that he would like to spend the night at my house! How funny is that? :) And Maggie was content playing with a set of keys and soaking this all in from the comfort of her stroller. Luckily, the rain held off and a good time was had by all!

Blaine & Aislin

This weekend I got to shoot big kids! Blaine and Aislin are 5 and 2, and are the neighbors of Andrew & Ethan! As soon as I got out my camera, little Aislin started posing and cheesing - such a great little model! I had a hard time picking which images to post, I have so many favorites. I think if Gap Kids stumbles across this blog, they will surely want these two cuties to be their next poster children! :)





















And we have a very special visitor at the end of the shoot - Optimus Prime with his two light sabers!
