My babies

When I'm not taking pictures of human babies, I love to take pictures of my babies, of the four legged variety. They are hard to chase down, but every once in a while I get a picture that truly captures their personalities. These are a few of my favorites.

Carter

Sweet little Carter is only a few weeks old - so teeny and precious! I couldn't believe how beautiful and tiny he was when I met him for the first time for this photo shoot. He looks just like a little baby doll.

Santa Baby

I got to visit Finn and take some pictures for their family's Christmas card. Finn was too cute for words, and very patient!









And one non-Christmas picture. It is fall, after all!

Amelia

Amelia is a beautiful little one year old. Although she was not very interested in having her picture taken, I had a great time photographing her. She has the most amazing eyes!

Vegas, Baby!

We went to Vegas for Ben's 30th birthday. We stayed at Paris and had a blast seeing the sights and playing slots.

Maggie

This is precious little three month old Maggie. Her big blue eyes are just stunning. Maggie is Finn's future wife. They don't know this yet, but what a beautiful couple they will be!

Finn

Finn and I share a special bond, as we have the same birthday! And as luck would have it, I got my new camera on my birthday also. So since he was born/I got my camera, I couldn't wait to take pictures of him. Here are a few of my favorites.

Chapel Hill

On our way out of town, we stopped in Chapel Hill to eat (Cosmic Cantina burrito) shop (at Student Stores) and take pictures (of campus). This quote from Thomas Wolfe '20 sums up my feelings perfectly, "So far from forgetting the blessed place, I think my picture of it grows clearer every year: it was as close to magic as I've ever been."

Rosemary Beach

Here are some pics from our vacation to Rosemary Beach, Florida. This was my first time using my new camera! After long days of lounging on the beach, it was fun to go on nightly photo walks... or photo bike rides.
